Lathing Crack

When a cymbal cracks through the lathing, the lines going around the cymbal from the production process that visually resemble tree rings, we will cover cymbal replacement under our warranty policy if the crack is under two inches in length.

Edge Crack

When a cymbal cracks from the edge inward, as illustrated, we will cover cymbal replacement under our warranty policy if the crack is under one inch in length.

Large Edge Crack

When an edge crack is left to grow by continued use of the cymbal, the crack will grow and may start to resemble the image here. We will not cover a cymbal like this under our warranty policy.

Cymbal Missing

When a lathing crack is left to grow and the cymbal is continually used moving forward, the crack may continue to grow and chunks of the cymbal may be removed by some users to improve the sound quality of the broken cymbal. We will not cover cymbals like this under our warranty policy.
